Viridarium is the main Restaurant of the Hotel.
Built in the private garden of the 17th-century Bolasco Palace, it welcomes the Guests in the refined atmosphere of a hall lit by crystal chandeliers and furnished in Louis Philip style.
The garden belonged to the De Federici family as stated by the marble plaque placed in 1627 and it was built by the then Dominican Vicar and Canon of Sarzana Giacomo De Federici.
The chef suggests delicious dishes of the Ligurian and Mediterranean tradition with a special attention to the zero Km products and to the fresh fish which is daily caught by the fishing-boats of the Baia.

The Guests can choose between a fixed price degustation menu and a rich à-la-carte menu which changes according the seasons.
The menus offer also certified gluten-free dishes.

Lunch is served from 12:45 to 13:45.
